About the role

You will become part of a high-performing company with great ambitions and high goals. You will join a small team in the finance department in Norrköping and work closely with the CEO and CFO on administrative tasks, coordinating operations, and customer contacts. The role is broad and varied, combining car administration with financial work and administrative support.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Handle car administrative tasks such as registering new and used cars, insurance, inspections, and transport.
• Support the sales and workshop teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Facilitate the CEO's daily work through a combination of administrative, coordinating, and practical tasks.
• Responsible for ongoing bookkeeping, invoice management, customer and supplier reconciliations, and assisting with monthly closing and reconciliations.

The role requires you to be flexible, service-oriented, and unpretentious, with the ability to switch between strategic support, practical tasks, and direct contact with customers.

Who are you?

We are looking for you with experience in administrative work, preferably with experience in car administration, financial work, and working closely with management. Post-secondary education in finance is an advantage, but experience weighs heavier than formal education. You have good knowledge of Excel, are fluent in Swedish and English, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines. You are meticulous, self-motivated, collaborative, and used to taking initiative.
